12 & Under Athletes:

For athletes that love the water and want to discover the fun of competitive swimming. Our 12 & under swimmers will learn to become part of a team, master the fundamentals of the sport, make friends, and learn valuable life lessons as they work towards achieving their personal goals. Our structured plan guides athletes through the program from the entry level all the way through their high school graduation. Through teaching, motivation, and positive reinforcement, our goal is to provide every swimmer with the foundation they need to go as far in the sport as they want to go.

13 & Over Athletes:

For athletes who want a distinct edge in competitive swimming, STAC provides a unique avenue for success. Along this path, we teach athletes to take guided ownership in learning and applying focus, mental toughness, commitment, and pride in their team. When these four traits come together, we believe an athlete is able to achieve their personal goals.

WHY SWIM FOR THE STAC COMPETITIVE TEAM?

Trident's Swim Team philosophy focuses on long-term athlete development, which allows for gradual development of swimmers in the early stages, and adaptation as they progress — developing character traits to help them reach a higher level of athletic excellence. The program fosters self-improvement, personal growth, and goal achievement through a multi-phase process. Competition helps develop their natural abilities and pushes their teammates to do the same. Values such as hard work, self-discipline and perseverance create a culture of motivated, positive athletes and team success.
