Our Swim School offers both private and group lessons for swimmers of all levels, from beginners to advanced (Levels 1-4).
Our swim school focuses on teaching and perfecting strokes, making swimming enjoyable for all.
Ages 5-13
Dive into the world of swim teams with our Pre-Team Program, designed to bridge the gap between swim lessons and swim team participation.
Our program includes three dynamic groups: Guppies, PreComp, and High School Prep, all tailored to prepare swimmers for the exciting world of swim teams.
Ages 7-18
Experience advanced competitive swimming with our structured Competitive Program, featuring dynamic groups for high-level competition.
Swimmers compete approximately monthly at travel meets in Long Island, with championship meets like Silvers, Junior Mets, Senior Mets, ISCA, and Zones requiring qualifying times.
Competition is expected for these groups.
Ages 12 & Under / 13+
Our Exploratory Team helps individuals with special needs master competitive strokes and improve swimming skills and confidence. This inclusive program offers personalized attention and adaptive teaching.
Participants develop competitive strokes while building endurance and strength. We focus on boosting confidence through achievable goals and celebrating milestones in a supportive environment, fostering personal growth and a love for swimming.
Ages 12 & Under / 13+
Enhance your swimming technique with our Stroke and Turn Clinics, designed to perfect your strokes, starts, turns, and finishes.
Some clinics are exclusive to Trident Swim Team members, offering specialized training and personalized feedback. Others are open to the entire Trident community, allowing everyone to benefit from expert coaching.
Clinics are split into specific strokes and general sessions, ensuring focused improvement or comprehensive skill enhancement.
Adults Ages 18 & Over
Trident Masters is perfect for competitive swimmers looking for team challenges, triathletes training for events, adults working on stroke technique, or anyone swimming for fitness.
Our flexible program lets you practice 1-5 times a week, offering a supportive and engaging environment for all.
